It is imperative to share in advance of his intention to return the package within the exercise of its right of withdrawal to the email address info@typhus.eu. The delivered products must be returned to Pepper mind sprl at the consumer's expense and under his responsibility, also in matters of transport insurance, in perfect resales conditions and in their original packaging. Subject to compliance with the provisions above, Pepper mind sprl will refund the ordered products according to the amounts on the order, excluding postage, within 15 days of receipt of goods. No refunds will be made if the goods are not perfectly intact.
